「BLIND GUARDIAN/ブラインド・ガーディアン」はドイツ・クレーフェルト出身のジャーマンメタル代表格。活動開始は1984年ですが、それ以前からライブ活動歴がある。

ファンタジー色をモチーフにした、シンフォニック/パワー/メロスピなどに属するサウンドを展開。30年以上の活動で、アルバムごとにあらゆる要素を取り入れています。
